Ed Chaffin, PCC, is the CEO and founder of The UnCommon Leadership Institute, an international leadership consultancy that coaches C-suite leaders and teams around the world. He has helped build three companies and served as President of a 1,200-employee division. For more than 25 years he has been on the side of the table that decides who gets hired.
More than 30 years ago, Ed was trained in an outplacement firm's job-search system and began taking groups through a four-day job-search workshop. He has coached job seekers pro bono ever since, most of them college students and recent graduates, and he has taught job search and resume building in an MBA program.
